In addition, it should be considered that the posting contract would be made under the general social security system, in this case of Spain, and that we as a company subscribe a civil liability insurance that covers any damage to third parties, as well as an accident insurance for our workers. Such documentation would be delivered to your entity along with a copy of the contract.
